Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the proceeding of Case No. 5847/2024, Computerized Case No. T202416670505847, Praveen Kumar Vs. State, under Section 24 of U. P. Revenue Code, 2006 regarding Arazi No. 287 area 1.774 hectares situated in Village-Amrauna, Tehsil-Chauthar, District Bhadohi. Pargana, Tehsil and District Bhadohi. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents shall maintain status quo maintain on the spot land in question regarding Arazi No. 287 area 1.774 hectares situated in Village-Amrauna, Tehsil- Chauthar, Pargana, Tehsil and District Bhadohi and no interfere to the petitioner for agricultural works." 3.
