In compliance with the order dated 23.01.2025, the petitioner's restoration application dated 25.03.2023, seeking to recall the order dated 28.03.2009 passed in Case No. 175 under Rule 109 of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Rules, 1954 has been decided vide order dated 15.02.2025. A report in this regard has been submitted by the Consolidation Officer, Kasia, Kushinagar, along with a copy of the order dated 15.02.2025 made by him. 2. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this writ petition.
