Heard Mr. Shailendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Yashwant Singh, learned counsel for contesting respondents and Mr. Pawan Kumar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Mr. Hari Narayan Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 14-Gram Sabha. 2. Brief facts of the case are that proceedings u/s 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code was initiated at the instance of private respondents and the same was registered as Computerized Case No. T- 202003390301757 (Avnendra Kumar Vs. Krishna Kumar). During pendency of the aforesaid mutation proceeding, transfer application under section 212 (1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was filed on behalf of petitioners.
