GP FOR REVENUE (AP) The Court made the following order: Challenging the action of the respondents in trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioners’ land to an extent of Ac.0.40 cents each in Sy.No.329/1 in Kadali Village, Razole Mandal, East Godavari District, this writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri Ponnada Sree Vyas, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. It is represented that the subject lands is the patta lands of the petitioners. During the course of assigning cites in respect of the subject land in favour of the Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu scheme, respondents are highhandedly interfering with the possession of the petitioners’ land.
