HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI NATH TILHARI HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA GUNARANJAN WRIT PETITION NOs.370, 4430 & 5454 of 2005 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari) On 29.01.2025, the following order was passed: “No representation for the petitioners. 2. Await service of notice on the 1st respondent. 3. Post after two (02) weeks in the “Weekly Cause List”.” 2. Today, there is no representation for the petitioners even in the revised call. 3. The matters pertain to the year 2005 and are listed in the weekly cause-list. 4. In view of the above, the Writ Petitions are dismissed for “want of prosecution”. No order as to costs.
