Sri Gopal Raju, the learned counsel, submits that he worked in the office of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2. He further submits that the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has died. After the demise of the learned counsel for the petitioner, he tried to contact the petitioner -2- W.P. No.30683 of 2012 and her legal heirs. But there was no response. The petitioner has not taken any steps to engage the counsel. 3. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. 4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _________
