Learned State counsel, on the basis of instruction, has submitted that the flour mill (aata chakki) in question falls within the definition of a small scale industrial unit, as such is not within the regulatory measures of U.P. Pollution Control Board, being in the white category of industrial categorization. Necessary measures for curtailment of air pollution and noise pollution have been adopted by the petitioner, therefore, the grievance raised stands redressed. 3.
