Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding the opp. Parties to take appropriate action against the encroachers over the Government land Gata No. 1884/0.1140 hect. recorded as Pond & 1884/0.9890 hect. recorded as Banzar situated in the village Sarmey, Sarmey, Tehsil Gauriganj, District Amethi." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have already been initiated against the encroachers. 4.
