Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Anil Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3 and perused the record. 2. The allegation of the counsel for the petitioner is that the respondents have encroached upon the Well which was being used by the public at large. 3. The counsel for the respondent no. 3 based upon the instructions states that the proceedings have already been initiated against the encroachers and the same shall be concluded soon. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 3 to take steps for conclusion of the proceedings as initiated through show cause notice with all expedition in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months.
