The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the respondent No. 2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment made by opposite party No.5 on Gata No.-1655 situated in Village Damdam, Vikas Khand Gaura, Tehsil Raniganj, District Pratapgarh which are recorded in the revenue record as 'pond' in the interest of justice." 3.
