Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to 4 to take necessary action against illegal occupier who is making encroachment over the gata No. 267/0.043 hectare recorded as a Navin parti in revenue record situated at village Babhni Pragana Nanpara Tehsil Sadar District Bahraich in the interest of justice." 3.
