The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following reliefs :- "(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the O.P.No.1 to 5 to take necessary action removing of the illegal encroachment by the O.P.No.6 to 8 on the public Pit (Gaddha), Gata No.127 0.232 Hectare, situated in Village Baherimafi, Post Koat Khas, Pargana Babhnipayor, Tehsil Mankapur, District Gonda."
