The present public interest litigation has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite party no. 1 to 5 to ensure the removal of the illegal encroachment of the opposite party no. 6 over the gata no. 781, situated at Village - Sarehju, Tehsil Sahabad, District - Hardoi." 2.
