IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AT AMARAVATI (Special Original Jurisdiction) PRESENT THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE DR V R K KRUPA SAGAR M.A.C.M.A.No.4312 of 2012 ORDER: Sri Vinod Kumar Tarlada, learned counsel for the respondents, alone is present. 2. Despite the matter being posted today i.e., on 17.02.2025 under the caption ‘For Dismissal’, there is no representation for the appellants. 3. Therefore, it evinces that the appellants have no interest to prosecute the case. Hence, the present MACMA is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
