The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, assailing the Order dated 15.05.2021, passed by the respondent no. 4 / Commandant, CISF, RTC, Deoli, whereby the petitioner was terminated from service in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) during the period of probation on the ground of non- completion of the Basic Training Course for Constable (General Duty) due to medical unfitness. 2. We may note the relevant factual background of the case in brief as under: A. The petitioner was issued a provisional offer of appointment, vide letter dated 25.03.2017, for joining the post of Constable (General Duty) in the CISF under probation for 2 years, pursuant to his qualifying the examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission in this regard.
