When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the District Judiciary that the main suit in O.S.No.28 of 2012 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Ichapuram, was dismissed as not pressed by judgement and decree dated 03.11.2020. 3. As the present revision petition is filed against the order dated dt.13.02.2019 in I.A.No.67 of 2017 in O.S.No.28 of 2012, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision. 4. In that view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed
