When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the District Judiciary that the main Suit vide O.S.No.122 of 2014, on the file of Principle Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam was decreed by the judgment and decree dated 30.12.2023. Since the present revision petition is filed against the I.A in the said suit, nothing survives to be adjudicated. 3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
