The present Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the Order dated 01.12.2023, passed in I.A.No.1132 of 2023 in O.S.No.20 of 2017 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that O.S.No.20 of 2017 was filed seeking recovery of money. 3. On verification of the status of the case in e-courts, the O.S.No.20 of 2017 was dismissed with costs on 13.08.2024 vide a separate order. As the main O.S. itself is dismissed, no further orders are required in this Civil Revision Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
