The present Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the Order dated 01.12.2023, passed in I.A.No.1131 of 2023 in O.S.No.183 of 2016 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that O.S.No.183 of 2016 was filed seeking recovery of money. 3. On verification of the status of the case in e-courts, the O.S.No.183 of 2016 was dismissed with costs on 14.08.2024 vide a separate order. As the main O.S. itself is dismissed, no further orders are required in this Civil Revision Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order
