As per the information furnished by the District Judiciary vide Letter in Dis.No.1197, dated 05.02.2025, the suit O.S.No.173 of 2017 was dismissed on 14.08.2023. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in the C.R.P. 3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
