The respondent/plaintiff filed a suit for permanent injunction against the petitioners herein and, along with the said suit, he also filed an interlocutory application vide I.A.No.1289 of 2017, seeking to grant temporary injunction. The said application was contested by the petitioners and the Trial Court by order dated 11.12.2018, granted temporary injunction in favor of respondent/plaintiff.
