The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 10.12.2021 in I.A.No.386 of 2021 in O.S.No.22 of 2016 passed by the III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District. 2. As per the information furnished by the District Judiciary vide Letter in Dis.No.1197, dated 05.02.2025, the suit O.S.No.22 of 2016 was dismissed with costs on 21.02.2023. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in the C.R.P. 3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
