Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Inspector of Police, Krishna Lanka Police Station, Vijayawada City, wherein it is stated that pending the present petition, the Police, after due investigation have filed a charge sheet vide C.C.No.1438 of 2023 dated 29.12.2023, on the file of the II Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Vijayawada and the case was in pre-trial and is posted to 20.03.2025.
