OFFICE No. DATE ORDER NOTE 5. 10.12.2025 Dr.YLR,J I.A.No. 2 of 2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.4 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. For the reasons mentioned in the petition, the Order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in Crl.P.No.1212 of 2025, dated 15.05.2025 that the petitioner/ accused No.4 shall appear before the Customs Commissionerate on first Saturday of every month in between 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., till filing of charge sheet, is modified. Now, the petitioner/accused No.4 shall appear before the Customs Commissionerate as and when required, till filing of charge sheet. Accordingly, I.A.No.2 of 2025 is ordered. ________ Dr.YLR,J SDP SL.
