The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.488 of 2024, under Sections 2 (b)(i), 2 (b)(xvii), 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti- social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3.
