Counsel for Applicant :- Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. Matter is taken up in the revised call. By means of the the bail application the applicants have prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 506 of 2023 at Police Station- Bithrichainpur, District- Bareilly under Sections 302, 504, 34 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 18.12.2023. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 02.02.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel on behalf of the applicants, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Chandan Agrawal, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicants for grant of bail: 1. The F.I.R. is a result of an altercation in the neighbourhood which suddenly escalated into a violent brawl. 2. The applicant has not been identified as the principal offender who discharged his firearm and inflicted the sole fatal injury to the decease. 3. The applicant has been nominated only on acco
