Heard Sri Sarvesh Kumar Dubey, learned Advocate holding brief for Sri Shiv Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 164 of 2024, U/S 64, 115(2), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Sakrar, District Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant on 2.12.2024 at about 2.00 pm and had sexually assaulted her by forcing her on the floor and on her resistance, he is stated to have even hit her with a stone causing grievous injuries to her. 5.
