Counsel for Applicant :- Puneet Kumar,Pushpendra Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Ashutosh Srivastava,J. Supplementary affidavit filed today, is taken on record. Heard Sri Pushpendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arimardan Yadav, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Kamlesh Kumar Tripathi seeking bail in Case Crime No.171 of 2024 under Section 8/20 NDPS Act, Police Station- Mataundh, District- Banda. In the prosecution case it is alleged that during police checking, the police arrested the applicant. From joint possession of the applicant and co-accused, 24 kg 430 gm Ganja is alleged to have been recovered. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
