Supplementary affidavit filed today by the learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Anurag Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sushil Dubey, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 299 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 of I.P.C. and Sections 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station - Kotwali, District - Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial.
