As informed by learned State Law Officer, notice to the informant has been served on 13.1.2025 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 2. Heard Sri Sudhakar Shukla , learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.P. Patel, State Law Officer. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 479 of 2024, under Sections 64, 126(2), 140(1), 115(2), 351(3), B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Trans Yamuna, District- Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant stated to have forcibly taken the victim to the house of his friend on 18.11.2024 at about 5:30 and had committed rape with her and kept her there for a substantial period of time.
