Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 159 of 2024, under Sections- 376(3) I.P.C., and Section 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Bhanwarkol, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per the prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken the victim on adoption and had committed rape with her on 8.2.2024. 5.
