Heard Sri Rohit Shukla, holding brief of Sri Sunil Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ram Babu Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Shyam Dhar Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0434 of 2024, under Sections 332(c), 64(1), 351(2) of BNS, Police Station Gangoh, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant and had committed rape with her daughter by pointing a knife at her and had even cut cord of her trouser by it. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6.
