Counsel for Applicant :- Shivakant Hon'ble Krishan Pahal,J. 1. List has been revised. 2. Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 3. Heard Sri Shivakant, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.118 of 2024, under Section 64 B.N.S., Police Station- Jafarganj, District- Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the daughter of the informant aged about 40 years and had sexually assaulted her after putting her clothes over her face on 21.8.2024 at about 05:00 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about eight days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the prosecution story. It has been falsely
