Heard Shri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ashwini Yadav, the learned Counsel for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 320 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (prevention) Act, 1986 , P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahar. 3. The gang-chart mentions involvement of the applicant in four cases although the FIR mentions involvement of the applicant in six cases. In the affidavit filed in support of the bail application, the applicant's involvement in a total of nine cases has been disclosed and except for one case, in which he is yet to move an application for bail, the applicant has been granted bail in all the cases, including the four cases mentioned in gang-chart.
