Heard Shri Shams Uz Zaman, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ajeet Madhesiay, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.06 of 2022, under Sections 363, 302, 201, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Binauli, District Baghpat, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4.
