Heard Sri Manoj Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sushil Kumar Shukla, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.812 of 2024, under Sections 308(2), 64(2)(D), 351(1) B.N.S., Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have sexually assaulted the victim and had forced her to leave her native place Dehradun to Delhi and has subsequently retained Rs.1 lakh cash and her ornaments with him. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations are per se false.
