Heard Sri Vinod Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Bachchu Lal Yadav, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 190 of 2024, under Sections 70(1), 351(2), 351(3), 352 of BNS Police Station Ahemadgarh, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant and the co-accused person are stated to have committed gang rape with the victim on 11.07.2024 at about 8 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5.
