Heard Sri Mahesh Prasad Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.284 of 2024, under Section 64(1) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Sarai Akil, District Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim who was found blood soaked on 07.07.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about eight hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
