Heard Sri Sapan Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Shyam Dhar Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 854 of 2024, under Section 69 of BNS, Police Station - Gulriha, District- Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage but subsequently refused to comply with the said promise of marriage and demanded Rs. 1 Lakh and a bullet motorcycle. Out of the said corporeal relationship, the applicant is stated to have impregnated her and she has given birth of a baby girl. 5.
