Heard Sri Kuldeep Singh Chahar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ravindra Singh holding brief of Sri Dwijendra Prasad, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 347 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 351(2), 61(2) of B.N.S. and Sections 4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station - Shahganj, District - Agra, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have sexually assaulted the daughter of the informant on 17.07.2024 at about 12:00 pm. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5.
