Heard Sri Neeraj Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Shyamu Shukla, learned counsel for the informant and Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 435 of 2024, under Sections 376, 354(Kha), 328, 380, 420, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Ramgarhtal, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about seven months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. It is next stated that the victim is a married lady.
