Heard Sri Rajiv Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Salman Ahmad, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Sushil Kumar Shukla, learned State Law Officer for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Counter affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the informant today is taken on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 50 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(i) of BNS and Section 5L/6 of the POCSO Act Police Station Kailiya, District Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 5.
