Applicant seeks bail in Session Case No.1033 of 2024, Case Crime No.123 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 504 I.P.C. and Section 5(j)(ii)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Sahpau, District Hathras, during the pendency of trial. 5.
