Heard Sri Lavkush Dixit, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ram Ashish Pandey, learned counsel for the informant and Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 218 of 2024, under Sections 376D, 323, 406, 504, 328, 506 I.P.C. Police Station Kotwali, District Etawah during the pendency of trial. 4.
