Akbar Shah Alam Khan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 388 of 2024, under Sections 376(2), 506 I.P.C., Police Station Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. It is a clear cut case of false implication as the victim is a consenting party. She has categorically stated that she was seen with the applicant on a compromising state by her brother.
