Heard Sri Narendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.620 of 2024, under Sections 328, 376, 506 I.P.C. and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station- Ramgarh, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is major aged about 28 years. The allegations are per se false as the alleged indecent photographs have been handed over to the police by the victim herself.
