Heard Sri Arvind Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amir Khan, learned counsel for the informant, Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 314 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64(1) of B.N.S. and Section 3/4, 7/8 of the POCSO Act Police Station Khurja Dehat, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the daughter of the informant was missing and is stated to have taken Rs.35,000/- and certain golden and silver ornaments weighing about 200 gms. from the house on 08.08.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
