Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. As informed by learned A.G.A., notice has been served to the informant on 9.11.2024. 2. Heard Sri Krishna Nand Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.79 of 2024, U/S 65(2) B.N.S. and 5M/6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Haliya, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. On 21.7.2024 at about 1.30 pm, the applicant was involved in eating chicken and drinking outside the house of the informant and is stated to have taken the 2-year old daughter of the informant, who was playing in the vicinity, in a tempo and had sexually assaulted her.
