Heard Sri Samarth Sinha, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Atul Verma, holding brief of Sri Pranshu Gupta, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasiya, learned State Law Officer as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Two supplementary affidavits filed by the learned counsel for the applicant today is taken on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 219 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 351, 108 of BNS., Police Station Hapur Dehat, District Hapur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage and had later on refused to comply with the said promise, as such the victim had committed suicide. 6.
