Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 504 of 2024, U/S 376, 406, 506 IPC, Police Station Ramgarh, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage, although she is stated to be already married elsewhere and the applicant has assured the victim that he shall get the marriage of the victim terminated and thereafter, marry her. The applicant is stated to have taken Rs. 4.5 lakhs as well as ornaments from her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassm
